Pickup Process



I don't have fixed hours. However, late afternoon and evening tend to be my regular and most flexible hours.

I am open to other times. Pickups outside of “regular” hours are not for my convenience but yours, so I ask that timeliness be considered.

To ensure we connect, set up a ballpark time to pick up. Having a ballpark time keeps me on alert. Message me when leaving. Message me once parked. I will bring purchase out.

If things change, be courteous and message me please. I will do the same.



Holds

Same day, typically isn't a problem.

Good communication and establishing a pickup plan typically equals a serious buyer. Wins more of my confidence and support.

Pickups outside of same day have different results in my experience. See my item holds page to understand my thoughts and how I am willining to work with a buyer to ensure a win-win.



Payment

Cash or Venmo preffered.

Paypal is possible.

CashApp is on a case by case basis, not a preferred payment method.

I have a Samsung phone, Apple Pay not available.

Gold bars or rare jewels also accepted.



Parking Instructions

I am located at 1750 28th St. SW (include SW in your GPS), Wyoming, MI 49519. I am in between Burlingame and Byron Center. I am on the south side of the road. You will notice an Arby's, same side of the road, and a Taco Bell, opposite side of the road.

PLEASE, DO NOT park in front of my neighbor's businesses. Those spots are for their customers NOT mine. I make multiple sales every day. It would be considered rude and inconsiderate for me to conduct my business in their parking spots each and every day.

Park on the side of the tobacco shop, closer to the gate preferred. You can see the storage units, this is where I will be coming from.

If it is late a night and you are a solo female requesting visibility for safety, you can park along the road (NOT directly in front of stores, next to the street).
